XIX VODKA PS5 & GTA VI GIVEAWAY — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Win a PS5 & GTA VI bundle, or choose £600 in retailer gift cards or store credit.

1. Promoter

The promoter is WILLIAM CRAIG & COMPANY LIMITED, trading as XIX Vodka, of 110 Easter Queenslie Road, Glasgow, Scotland, G33 4UL (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and anyone professionally involved in administering this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional period

The giveaway opens at 00:00 on 7 October 2026 and closes at 23:59:59 on 15 November 2026, inclusive (“the Promotional Period”).

All times are UK local time. Purchases and free email entries must be received during the Promotional Period.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter:

Purchase entry

Purchase any product through xixvodka.com or the official XIX Vodka TikTok Shop during the Promotional Period. Eligible customers will automatically receive one entry. No promotional code or separate entry form is required, and there is no minimum spend or separate entry fee.

Free email entry

Email support@xixvodka.com during the Promotional Period with the subject line:

Your email must include:

• Your full name.
• Confirmation that you are aged 18 or over.
• Confirmation that you are a UK resident.

The email address used to submit your entry will be used to contact you if you win. No purchase, customer account or newsletter subscription is required.

5. Entry limit

No purchase is necessary. Each person may receive one entry in total, across both purchase channels and the free email route.

Additional purchases, emails or accounts will not provide additional entries or improve your chances of winning. Duplicate entries will be removed. All valid entries have the same chance of winning.

6. Valid entries

Entries must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Late, incomplete or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.

Entrants must provide accurate information and enter on their own behalf. Automated entries and attempts to bypass the entry limit using false identities are not permitted.

7. Winner selection

There will be one winner.

All valid entries from both purchase channels and the free email route will be combined into one draw. The winner will be selected within seven days of the closing date using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

8. Winner notification

The Promoter will contact the winner within two working days of the draw using the email address associated with their entry or, where appropriate, through TikTok Shop messaging.

The notification will explain how to claim the prize and choose between the PS5 & GTA VI bundle and the £600 retailer credit alternative.

9. Claiming the prize

The winner must respond within seven days of the initial notification.

The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of the winner’s identity, age and UK residency before awarding the prize. The winner must also provide any information reasonably necessary to deliver their chosen prize.

No payment is required to claim or receive the prize.

10. Unclaimed prizes

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within the stated period, is ineligible, declines the prize or fails to provide reasonably required verification, the Promoter may select a replacement winner using the same random selection process.

11. Prize

The winner will receive one of the following, at their choice:

Option A — PS5 & GTA VI bundle

• One new Sony PlayStation 5 console with one controller.
• One standard-edition copy of Grand Theft Auto VI compatible with the console supplied.

Option B — £600 retailer credit

£600 in gift cards or store credit, redeemable exclusively at a UK retailer selected by the Promoter that sells PlayStation 5 consoles and video games.

The winner may choose one option only.

12. Guaranteed alternative

The £600 retailer credit alternative will be offered to the winner. It is not offered solely at the Promoter’s discretion or only if the gaming bundle is unavailable.

The Promoter will honour the winner’s choice. If the winner chooses retailer credit, it replaces the PS5 & GTA VI bundle in full.

13. Retailer credit conditions

The retailer will be selected by the Promoter. The alternative may be supplied as one or more gift cards or credits with a combined value of £600.

The retailer’s identity, redemption terms, any restrictions and any expiry conditions will be confirmed before the winner chooses this alternative.

The gift cards or store credit cannot be exchanged for cash. Retailer prices and product availability apply. The winner is responsible for any spending above the available credit balance, including any applicable delivery charges on purchases made using the credit.

Unused balances and use across multiple transactions will be governed by the retailer’s redemption terms.

14. Retailer credit delivery

If the winner chooses retailer credit and meets the claim and verification requirements, the Promoter will arrange delivery of the gift cards or credit by 15 December 2026.

There will be no charge for issuing or delivering the prize credit.

15. Gaming bundle delivery

If the winner chooses the gaming bundle and meets the claim and verification requirements, the Promoter will arrange delivery of the PlayStation 5 console to a UK address by 15 December 2026, at no cost to the winner.

If GTA VI has been released and is available in the UK by that date, it will be supplied with the console or separately by the same date.

If GTA VI has not been released in the UK by that date, the game will be supplied within 28 days of its actual UK release. The Promoter will keep the winner informed of the delivery arrangements and any changes to the game’s release date.

The console and game may be delivered separately.

16. Gaming bundle details

GTA VI may be supplied as a physical copy or digital download, depending on the console supplied.

Internet access and a PlayStation Network account may be required to download, install or use the game. Additional subscriptions, accessories and in-game purchases are not included.

17. Prize transfer

The winner’s right to claim the prize cannot be transferred to another person.

No cash alternative is available. The £600 retailer credit alternative described above remains available to the winner.

18. Unavailability

If a gaming bundle item becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter will contact the winner to agree a reasonable substitute of equal or greater value.

The winner may instead choose the £600 retailer credit alternative.

19. Disqualification

The Promoter may reject an entry or withhold a prize where it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant is ineligible, has acted fraudulently or has materially breached these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects customers’ statutory rights in relation to purchases.

20. Exceptional circumstances

The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway only where unavoidable circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

Any action will be taken fairly, communicated as soon as reasonably practicable and, where possible, will preserve the rights of people who have already entered.

The closing date will not be extended simply because entry numbers or sales are lower than expected.

21. Personal information

Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, validate entries, contact the winner, verify eligibility and fulfil the prize.

Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary for these purposes. It will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the giveaway and meet applicable legal obligations.

Entering the giveaway does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

22. Winner information

To demonstrate that a valid award took place, the winner’s surname and county will be available on request by emailing support@xixvodka.com within three months of the closing date.

The winner may object to publication or request that the information disclosed is reduced by contacting the same email address. The Promoter may still be required to provide relevant information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

23. Publicity

Any participation in promotional photographs, interviews or other publicity will be voluntary and subject to the winner’s separate consent. Refusing publicity will not affect the winner’s entitlement to the prize.

24. Third parties

This giveaway is independently organised by the Promoter. It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by TikTok, Sony, PlayStation, Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

References to these brands identify the entry platform or prize products only.

25. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Scots law.

Entrants retain any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live and may bring proceedings in the courts of that jurisdiction.
