Our bright, tropical take on a modern icon - sweet passionfruit, a hit of lime, and that smooth vanilla finish, all lifted with XIX Tropical Ice Vodka. A playful reworking of the Pornstar Martini.

What You’ll Need
- 50ml XIX Tropical Ice Vodka
- 20ml Passionfruit purée*
- 10ml Vanilla syrup
- 15ml Fresh lime juice
- Ice
- Garnish: 1/2 passion fruit
How to Make It
- Add XIX Tropical Ice Vodka, passionfruit purée, vanilla syrup, and fresh lime juice to a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake hard until well chilled and lightly aerated.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with half a passion fruit.
Sweet, sharp, and tropical.
